CONCESSION STAND SCHEDULE

Click here to download the Concession Stand Schedule.  Please make sure your parents understand that 5 adults are needed on the night your team is to work in the Concession Stand.  Work time is 5:30pm - 9:30pm depending on late games.  The forfeit rule is in effect for any team not providing the required help and times as stated.  Teams not providing the necessary help will forfeit one of their winning games.  It takes alot of help to run the concession stand and it does help support our league expenses.  Thanks in advance for all the help and cooperation.   Health cards are required to work in the concession stand. 

ANY AND ALL CHANGES/SWAPS MUST BE COORDINATED BY THE CONCESSION DIRECTOR,  VEDA MCWHORTER. Veda McWhorter

PLEASE NOTE:  THE TEAM SCHEDULED WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE TEAM FOR THAT NIGHT REGARDLESS OF ANY SWAP WITH ANOTHER TEAM.  IF THE OTHER TEAM DOES NOT HAVE 5 WORKERS OR DOES NOT SHOW, YOUR TEAM WILL BE FORCED TO FORFEIT THEIR NEXT GAME.

Memorial Day Tournament - May 22nd-24th NWCC will holds its annual tournament on May 22nd - 24th.  Teams from around the State of Texas will be in attendance.  Any and all local volunteers are greatly needed and appreciated.  Please ask any board member how you can help make this years Memorial Day Tournament a huge success.  It's one weekend of kickball you won't want to miss.  NO BBQ PITS ALLOWED
