 Rule Change - Take Note Please!

The following is the clarification of rule 3.04.

3.04 rule Clarification Questions:

 Possible questions were:
1. A male could not be on the field when a certified female coach was not present at the game.
2. The game needed to have teeth in it and the rule said that the game may be forfeited if the coach was not at the game. When would the forfeit happen?
3. Now what happens if the female coach comes and leaves prior to the end of the game?

ANSWERS:
1. The team in violation will not be allowed to have base coaches on the field until a certified female
coach arrives and is able to go onto the field.
2. Failure to have a certified female coach on the field when the game attains a regulation game (3 1/2 innings with the home team ahead) status will result in a forfeit.
3. If the certified female coach must leave for an emergency due to an injury of one of the team
players, the game MAY RESULT in a forfeit.  If the certified female coach leaves the game for
any other reason and is not replaced by another certified female coach, the game WILL BE FORFEITED.

Coke Fundraiser Information - Coaches Please Make Note

Coke Fundraiser will be handed out at Draft.  Deadline for Coke Sale Forms is March 31st.  Please turn in all order before this deadline.  Coke Orders Pickup will be April 12th, 9am - 3pm ONLY.

CONCESSION STAND SCHEDULE

Click here to download the Concession Stand Schedule.  Please make sure your parents understand that 5 adults are needed on the night your team is to work in the Concession Stand.  Work time is 5:30pm - 9:30pm depending on late games.  The forfeit rule is in effect for any team not providing the required help and times as stated.  Teams not providing the necessary help will forfeit one of their winning games.  It takes alot of help to run the concession stand and it does help support our league expenses.  Thanks in advance for all the help and cooperation.   Health cards are required to work in the concession stand. 

ANY AND ALL CHANGES/SWAPS MUST BE COORDINATED BY THE CONCESSION DIRECTOR,  VEDA MCWHORTER. Veda McWhorter

PLEASE NOTE:  THE TEAM SCHEDULED WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE TEAM FOR THAT NIGHT REGARDLESS OF ANY SWAP WITH ANOTHER TEAM.  IF THE OTHER TEAM DOES NOT HAVE 5 WORKERS OR DOES NOT SHOW, YOUR TEAM WILL BE FORCED TO FORFEIT A WINNING GAME DURING THE SEASON.
 
Umpires Needed
The League needs Umpires for this season. Please encourage your parents to
volunteer as an Umpire, we really need help in this area.  No experience needed.

Memorial Day Tournament - May 23rd-25th

NWCC will holds its annual tournament on May 25th - 27th.  Teams from around the State of Texas will be in attendance.  Any and all local volunteers are greatly needed and appreciated.  Please ask any board member how you can help make this years Memorial Day Tournament a huge success.  It's one weekend of kickball you won't want to miss.  NO BBQ PITS ALLOWED
